Memory.
By
Michael Arthur Knight.
Memories, frozen in time
Its almost a shrine
Today's gone by
Bring a tear to the eye
We were all so young
Then heady days in the summer sun
Lesley's laughter
Those pictures in the park
We would play games
Have a romp and a lark!
Past, frozen in time
Those carefree days
Would have diminished
In misty maze
How precious they are
To reminisce
And go back in time
Almost sacred history now
Of what we where
Saviour the moments-now
only golden memories
Which time will allow.
